Fascias and Soffits -
uPVC fascia boards and soffits are an attractive, low maintenance alternative to timber. Painting is eliminated, as is the risk of water
penetration causing damage to your property. Choose from two methods of Fascia and Soffit refurbishment, either Overclad or Complete
Replacement. Overclad involves replacing the rotting wooden sub-structure with treated wood, then installing the uPVC fascia and
soffits. This method is the quickest and most cost effective. On the other hand, Complete
Replacement also involves removal of the bottom layers of tiles in order to rebuild the underlying sub-structure.
